Strawberry Goji Stewed Oats

What you’ll need

  • 1 cup steel cut oats (ideally soaked for at least 12hr

    • Rolled oats work fine, just make sure they aren’t quick oats and follow their cooking directions

  • 2 tbsp goji berries

  • 1/4 cup nut milk

  • Quick strawberry jam

    • 2 pints strawberries

    • 1 tsp lemon juice

    • 1 tbsp chia seeds

    • 1 tsp honey (optional)
